Sorry to go over your heads. What I'm trying to point out here is that this company is so obviously full of it. Their press releases are carefully crafted to hype the stock without incurring the wrath of regulators, as they never specifically detail whom the company is allegedly speaking with, and never contain information about signed contracts. That way when the "deal" falls through, well, so sorry.

Then you have to wonder about the uncollected $4 million receivable, which is now 270+ days outstanding, especially when their footnotes in their sec filings indicate they collect this kind of receivable in 180 days. That is this company's largest "asset." Someone on the other thread, who sounded like he had spoken with the company, said he thought they were not getting paid because the system still did not work. What the hell kind of situation is this? You all realize that they went out and raised more money precisely because they never got paid for this sale. (Al Dunlop is going to get popped good for precisely this kind of arrangement. You need to ask whether this was a sale in the first place, or were they merely parking a system somewhere, or was it a phantom system?)

I have many things to do, but I am invested in this area, so I keep my eyes on the competition. I had wanted to spread our bet in this area, but after looking hard at seac and tncx, decided to only buy ccur. That was despite the fact that one of our clients has had third hand business dealings with tncx, and was told to buy some. That's how we found this area in the first place. After I did my work here, we discussed it with him, and he double checked and agreed. So caveat emptor my brothers.

But If you want me to stop posting here, it will be my pleasure. Good luck, and hope you get to make some dough on the imminent financing.

ps I am a professional money manager. I have seen bs like this before. My objective advice is for you all to pay strict attention to the statement of changes or cash flow statement in the next sec filing. Despite what the old man loos says, the reality of investing is the green cash. All else is hope, dreams, and disappointment in the making.

Also, I am not short this stock, so I have no axe to grind. I just don't like to see innocent lambs slaughtered.
