A press release dated June 11 announced ADOT initiates buy-back Don't they have to file a form 4 , if so I can't find it. and certainly the stock has not reflected that in my opinion. Another press release dated June 11 ADOT file 10-SB can't find that on FreeEdgar either. Help can any one shed any light on this. ?
