I don't know all the rules to stay listed but one of them is to stay above $1 for 30 consecutive trading days. So, the last time it was above a buck was June 2nd, or so. The letter should be in the mail soon.

I didn't like too much of what I read in the last filing, so that was it for me. It's off my watch list. Good luck.
