I got the information from EDGAR but i go direct to sec.gov
for my edgar information. I did find their 10Q but no information regarding a filing to repurchase any stock. What that means is that it is just so much BS. Any company which intends to repurchase stock will have to file with the SEC. Besides where are they going to get the money to repurchase the stock anyway. They had to sell the stock to raise capital and in the last 6 months they have spent some of it anyway. You could look at the 10Q and see how much cash they have in the bank but they would be foolish to waste it on stock. They need to build the company with the money.
