Dear Gary: Your timeframe is probably correct. Just had breakfast with the CEO of one of the top ten Fortune 500 companies. Guess what he brought up? Yes, sir! The Y2000 problem. He expects Clinton and every significant CEO to become very vocal about this problem by early 1999.
