An investor, a company, a corporation, and even the ANALysts have to set how much risks they want to take in an investment.

Con Artists exploit this factors for all its worth, playing down the risks and try to sell the "sure thing idea." That is one of the things I look for when I am sizing up a stock.

So with that thought in mind I have renamed my portfolio the "Futility Fund"
