Okay it is time for my whole year earnings projection including the addition of Berwynn.

Let's put Berwynn's revenue at $20 million like the release said and extend earnings to be in the $4 million dollar range. And for simplicity sake let us assume that it costs 8 million shares or so to bring us to an even 20 million outstanding shares.

CLCK made 2.5 million in revenue in the first quarter and in that statement they announced that accounts had practically risen by 10% halfway through the 2nd qtr from the end of the 1st qtr. So let us assume a 20% quarter to quarter growth from the existing contracts. That would give us about 13.4 million in revenue

CLCK announced the new deal with BEST BANK that would bring in $1.2 million this year.

CLCK announced the health care deal which is supposed to rival its largest contract to date which is approximately $30 million. If we assume $7.5 million a quarter and a ramp up period of 6 months we should see about $3 million in revenue from that contract (conservative side).

Other various deals assume adding $500,000 to bottem line. That gives a total of about $18 million in revenue. Extending expenses with a minor growth rate it should be $9 million in expenses. FICI should earn pretax $9 million or post tax income of about $6 million.

That gives earnings for the total company at about $10 million or approximately $.50. This estimate is on the conservative side taking deals in place with conservative assumptions. I feel this could be worse case scenario. That puts at a PE of 6 right now. This is a bargain if we only count the deals we know about. This does not count the deals coming from the PAysys announcement.

Good Luck
