Concentrating on small markets, No. After one gets past Karposi's & CTCL the markets for breast cancer, prostate cancer, diabetes, etc. are huge. <I think the street is smart enough to know if off label uses for Panretin are in the cards.> Mudcat, you are part of the street, what is your take on off label use for Panretin?
