Where do you think earnings will be this quarter?

I know most estimates are for 3 cents and a few for 2 cents. I got the feeling last quarter they had to stretch to meet the .00 estimate. I'll be happy as long as they can meet the 2 cents est, but of course would like to see 3 cents or higher.

As for one-time charges this quarter, they purchased the OHIO building for around 18 mil. but sold of a division for around 18 mil. So these should cancel each other out, not that it matters that much anyway.
