Brees when you buy the common or the P you own common stock without any further captial. Warrants is anticipated because you have to pay out .50 with each one to get a share of common. Until you paid the exercise price you do not have common stock. so it is anticipated. In Oct the automatic conversion gives you a 35:1 of common stock.

That is how I see it and I could be wrong
