If they didn't have it installed they should have, besides nbc would have paid good money for it. During the home run derby contest they did have a graphic for each shot including the distance, so I do believe they should have got this job done, bad planning on QSTI, an we the stock holders are really going to take losses if they don't get the deal done with fox.
