If you look on Quadrax's last EDGAR filing (I can't remember if it was the S-3 or 8-K0, it shows that Stoltenberg is one of a number of individuals selling shares. He was selling 50,000 shares, which would reduce his holdings from approximately 157,000 to 107,000. I don't know all the facts behind it, but I don't like when the CFO is selling especially if there is news on the way.
