The stock is under some pressure from the conversion of the convertible preferred. Looks like the selling is done. I'm a broker up in Canada with a lot on the books. I've talked to Dave Mortman, he personally has 500,000 shares and together management owns 20% of the float. David is not worried about the stock price, he is commited to turning the company around. He is very confident that the company should be able to do 6 cents a quarter. At ten times earnings that puts the stock at $2.40. I'm buying more. I personaly own the shares at $2.25.
