Analyst Douglas Crook at Prudential Securities rated the world's largest developer of database software a ''buy'' in new coverage. The enterprise-software market's matured, and today's investors are ''technology laggards'' and risk-averse customers who want to invest in trusted brands, Crook said. Oracle's the only company in the enterprise market that can provide a complete product solution, including database, applications and services to integrate everything, Crook added.
