"What was CCSC valued at before TLAB's offer?"

The magic number is 32. That was the close on Friday Feb 13th. The merger/buyout was announced Monday Feb 16th, a market holiday. CCSC closed at 39+ on the 17th, the first day of trading after the announcement.

Not sure if 32 is really the downside level, as it's been 5 months since then. CCSC is still a strong growth company which very likely would have appreciated on its own even if TLAB is taken out of the equation.
