Hello All, With regards to the June 5 PR about 2 independent directors... That is one of the requirements for getting a nasdaq Small Cap Market listing... nasdaq.com I didn't see this mentioned on the thread. Also, has anyone contacted the company about their intentions to start filing with the SEC? Thanks. NoonTime
