There are 3 versions of a dinner meeting that took place years ago, determining the truth of that meeting has zero relevance to your situation IMO. You've met with Morgan, read the press releases, seen the SEC comments and listened to the promises made by the company, surely your decision about whether to throw good money after bad does not rest on this meeting.

I also don't think you would make your decision based on whether or not I report to you any findings I may have about the legality of the offer. I am not so naive as to think you would base your decision on
"specific answers" from me.
