Pete,
It's a 300:1 reverse, with TWO Reg S, a $460K+ unsecured personal loan, and who knows what else. Current stockholder value is down 90%+ There's currently a stockholder lawsuit against CVIA, to try and wrestle control of the company back to the stockholders.

Penny stocks are a lot of things, but boring isn't one of them!
