Well said, Wayne, Don and Lamont. I feel somewhat more confident in ANZ after reading your comments. The Skeptic is likely someone who wants to short ANZ.

There is one more comment that should be made. In the latest release (July 7th) Mr. Gray made a comment, "An agreement in principle to grant a COW has been received from the Ministry of Mines relating to the 29,760 hectare portion of the Ojolali property." Donald DeKold mentioned in post #3735 that a COW will be issued that lumps the Ojolali together with the 29,700, but I don't see that anywhere in the release. The news release really says that Antares has requested to have both COWs combined into one COW, but the Ministry of Mines has NOT agreed in principle to grant this combined COW. It appears that a COW will be granted to ANZ, but it's a matter of when it will be granted. If the COW is not granted on the Ojolali without the 29,700 I do not think Antares will go ahead with the heap leach operation.
