Apologize ? while I guess I should, not really, as you have really earned it since you have come so close to win it so many times now !! so technically, that qualifies you guys for such dubious title.....
Cry ? Yes, I guess since to add to the existing supply would be somehow disastrous, but at the same time....
Laugh ? Yes too, as it is really a joke, and then again you need more to really become a true Argentinean, since there is:
