Totally Hip Software introduced its new WebPainter 3 animation and graphics
software for Macintosh computers at MacWorld in New York, saying it has
added features that use Apple's QuickTime 3 to make WebPainter 3 even more
powerful and advanced, yet, increasing the hallmark ease-of-use of its
award-winning predecessor, WebPainter 2.
Company officials describe WebPainter 3 as the first software tool to focus on
using animation, images and graphics to increase the effectiveness of visual
communication through your Web site or multimedia presentation. Whether at
home, in business, an educator, or in professional design, WebPainter 3 gives
everyone the ability to communicate their message more effectively by using
animation, images and graphics to attract attention or to simplify a complex idea.
With over $350-million (U.S.) spent on Web advertising last quarter and Internet
traffic doubling every 100 days there is no doubt that individuals, companies and
institutions are embracing the Internet as a medium of communication. WebPainter
3 addresses the issue of how to keep the viewer's attention long enough to

QuickTime 3's capabilities such as vector drawing, transitions and filtering effects,
