Ron: Have you received your annual report? I just received mine today. Most of the important info has already been covered at the website. It also says that 1996 saw demand for Mg at 295,000 tonnes, and that General Motors' magnesium program manager estimates 1997-2000 world Mg demand increasing by one-third to over 400,000 tons. Most of the executive compensation is in the form of options. Bill Burton was paid US$27,000 and 200, 000 shares options last fiscal year, for instance.
