better to go ahead and announce a deal for the company than to accumulate the stock. i think it is going to be at the upper end of the range, especially with BEL DMT. the biggest factor to me at this time is how much interest there is going to be from others and if competing offers will be much higher than the original. bidding wars are fun if your the company in play<G>.
