CLCK is a reporting company. They have every intention of moving off the OTC BB. I have contacted them about this already and I feel very good about the future for CLCK shareholders.

The post was written prior to the two merger announcements. Bottom line appears to me to be that we will see rapid earnings growth with a minimal amount of dilution.
