I have no [favorite term of emphasis] idea if there is a correlation (between religion and healthy eating)! I wouldn't know whom to ask - I'm pretty irreligious and my poor diet is the stuff of legend here and at adjoining Reefs!
"part of this complete breakfast" That always cracked me up. Take away the bowl of Frosted Sugar Bombs and what's left?! Toast, fruit juice, maybe an egg... looks like a pretty nice breakfast all on its own! "Vitamin fortified" carries no particular weight with me. I suspect Stloi and Marlboros are "vitamin fortified" <wink>. Now "fiber and flavonoid fortified" and tastes like Cheez Whiz on Doritos (with a side of Bud) - taht would get my attention!
Hey, you could put a lovely Wedgwood plate bearing a pair of Twinkies next to a bowl of chicken soup, a hunka garlic bread and a Caesar salad and blandly state "part of this complete dinner"! Hmmmm.... let's add a half-bottle of Chevalier-Montrachet '89 to above repast, shall we?
