It appears that the 50 minute period is MMs planning their next strategy. We'll have to wait to see what their next game is. They might as well hord the shares at this low price and then sell on their normal runup. That is their typical game. I know I am taking advantage of the MM stock sale this morning. If they ran it to .02, they'll probably run it to .03 or .04 next time, so this is a great price right now.
