Hey Kurt,

Believe me, this is very easy to misunderstand. The SEC filing states, although difficult to grasp, that these shares (for Stltenberg & Levine) are available for sale, but have not been sold. I just got off the phone with Hal Levine, and he emphatically stated that his shares had not been sold and will not be. The following is a the URL for EDGAR; see footnote (1). sec.gov
