Sapper, Just got off the phone with Shawn at Corp Builders... Here's what was said... The Angola deal feel through because Angola could not come up with the money. Should benefit shareholders by not diluting the current share float or diluting future profits. The share conversions is still taking place. They will be retiring the A common, They will be issueing the B preferred + the dividend. The company has not sold a single share of stock into the public float. Float remains at 550,000...
