Colin: All discussion and information is always welcome and stimulating. I am no techie so can't respond on that level. My questions to Henry would be: 1. Do you really believe that this little company has duped the patent office? 2. If Synthonics process(photogametry) is so slow and labor intensive, why has the Smithsonian bought into the technology? The negative issues that you raise here are the very reasons I have invested in this little gem? The technology is fast, can be done on a standard pc, is less expensive to execute and can be patented. Sounds like the ingredients for a long term winner to me
