Hi Claude. I agree. You said:By all standards, the work he performed (number and locations of samples) is not supportive of the conclusions he advanced. The SEC think so. Several other geologists and industry representative said the same according to recent news article. Common sense based on US reserves definition standards also says so.

It was, IMHO, irresponsible to leap from 6.4mm to these huge numbers. The report should have been muzzled at 6.4mm ozs assuming substantiation ( I have already expressed I believe not enough work was done to meet the "International Standard" for resource calculation) The culmination of outrageous numbers + an insignificant miscalculation of the proven + IMHO the lack of, even rudimentary drilling data, has created this fiasco. Who is to blame is not the SEC, but the management who allowed this to get out of hand.
