Chewy I will TRY to explain this to yu a little further. LeDoux is the one that is certifying the results. They have a spotless reputation. I was contrasting their word with the players in my previous post, and their purported actions. The contrast is very clear, IMO. As far as instiutional investors, they are willing to look at and do the DD necessary to buy Naxos at this point. they will not via black box technology. As has been stated many times in the past, CPM is in the process of writing a report. It was supposed to take 2-3 months, of which we are probably into week 3. According to Jeffrey Chrisitan of CPM, they definitely wont look at a black box process. He is an expert. As far as Norton, I dont remember his education or previous jobs off of the top of my head, but I remember his work experience and possibly his education were listed in previous press release. I remember being very impressed. You may look it up if you wish to. Mark
