I just spoke with Dan who was concerned about the rumor of financing falling through as posted on CyberWhispers. This rumor is NOT true. Everything is still on track as previously posted in the letter to shareholders. Dan sounded confident and relaxed. Nevertheless, this deal has dragged out for several months since the financing was supposed to be completed. I have no proof that the deals will close. The company can only provide that proof which they are expecting to do in the near future (perhaps as early as the beginning of next week). I am a VERY large shareholder in MISM. Last year the company moved from Vancouver to the OTC:BB. It took SEVEN months instead of THREE months. I owned a lot of shares then also and got very anxious. Was it really going to happen? As I recall, the move to the OCT:BB happened last July (perhaps June). Maybe it's just the time of year for another big move (in stock price!). later and very long on MISM, leroyt
