eddy, it was simply a bet on the statistics. Some diamonds were found, the volume of the kimberlites indicates some of the largest kimberlites around, and whether or not these kimbies are pregnant with big rocks or not cannot be guessed or conjured. So, after a very lengthy effort to try and valuate this speculation which came to naught, and some education on diamonds and kimbies (gratis, Francoise), I decided that a little dip was worth it, particularly that I was very cocky from two very nice wins on other VSE stocks at the time (CKS and FRX.U). Mind you, my "toe wetting position is at $.86 and my bulk position at $.41, so I am not suffering "great pains". Orvado and Joe's fights with the bulls on this thread are actually a nice diversion from the daily toils.

It would be nice if both the bears and the bulls would have more concrete facts or even spaculative facts to back their positions, but one cannot ask for everything.

I still think that the speculation is worth some $.20 to $.40 or so, but I am scratching my head trying to find an answer to the eternal question, where will the money come from and what kind of dilution will current holders suffer.
