Sorry Christine,

My intent was not to upset you but just point out reality. A million cows were slaughtered today. I had a sausage sanswich for breakfast and ribs for lunch. If I were to focus on the "feelings" of the animals I eat I would go insane.

To be quite honest, however, I would have no problem killing a cat at the request of its owner.
