You want the Chilean cause numbers of the lawsuits involving DAY and MDIN? Look to see who has won and who has lost these lawsuits. As you state, DAY will make money "when they resolve their pesky little problems in the pit." Who do you think can resolve these "pesky little problems"? Can you say........MDIN???? As to shorts on the TSE, I dont know what you are referring to. As to KRY, it was at 6 or 7, wasnt it?? I would be happy to see MDIN at 6 or 7. Dont get me wrong, I think the new board at DAY, and them resolving their pesky little problem will make DAY money. I think the long term looks good for DAY. But as to the short term, as long as their pesky little problem in the pit remains, so will their losses. Their next quarterly report should tell the tale. As to MDIN, have you seen the AC Howe reports on their properties?? Have you seen the reports from the numerous independent geologist who have visited their lands. Have you seen the maps and diagrams drawn up by AC Howe and others regarding the ownership of the Andacollo properties?? Outside Andacollo, have you seen the reports on their Santiago properties????
