Agreement signed on Hinton and Peace properties Blackrun Ventures Inc BKV Shares issued 1,247,802 Jun 26 close $0.30 Wed 8 Jul 98 News Release Mr. Tom Pressello reports Further to a news release in Stockwatch dated September 10, 1997, formal option agreements have been signed on the Hinton and Peace properties in Alberta. Blackrun can earn a 33 per cent interest in the Peace blocks, and a 50 per cent interest in the Hinton block, by making cash payments totalling $8,500 for each property and incurring exploration expenditures totalling $200,000 for each property before September 1999.
