Re: Mpact. Very strange. Perhaps we were right all along. Since a media processor is by its nature "general purpose," it uses more silicon and it cannot compete on cost or power consumption or performance with special-purpose chips which generally use less silicon.

We'll see what rabbit they pull out of their hat.
