Shoeless <g>,

no, there is no particular strategy I employed when I decided to sell "about 1/2 the position" in RATL. I bought the stock last November at about $10, and bought an equal dollar amount of it at about $13 this February. Since the 2nd purchase was not performing as I hoped it would (I agree performance was still decent), together with my slightly uncomfortable "feeling" going into the earnigs report, I thought I take the profit on the 2nd purchase and buy some ORCL at $23 with it. Hope this helps a bit. The jury as to my wisdom is still out, but...

...it may very well be that I'll get a thumbs-down for my move: The Whispersite said YHOO should miss badly today, instead YHOO surprised on the upside: 15 cents vs. estimate of 9 cents... If this trend continues, we can all sleep well with RATL <g>.
