Not sure if you posted it, but I'd be needing the phone # for the conference scheduled for Thursday.

I think a few of the more important questions that should be addressed are:

When do they anticipate on filing with the SEC? (You mentioned 90 days last week - true?)

Do they expect and/or want to get listed on the NASDAQ in the very near term, or do they expect and/or want that to occur over the next several months (ie. longer term). Now I know certain parameters have to be met in order for this to happen - stable stock price above $4.00, financials, etc. However, there are other ways to go about getting a listing and avoid this entirely.

Will they ever be at risk with Kraft filing suit against them again beyond of course TCBG sticking the Kraft/Capri-Sun logo on their products?

One thing that surprises me here particularly with this message board, is how infrequent investors post. A good day averages about 5-10 posts. Given the recent news over the last few months, one would think that this board would be a regular "hot topic" site for S.I. It certainly would be nice to receive input from everyone concerned here on a regular basis. And no, my hand doesn't need holding... Just like every bit of feedback possible.

The shorts appeared to have started letting go of this one. Could we see double by the week's end?
