Just a hunch at this point... lets face it these are casino bets , you win some and lose some. I'm long on the stock at the moment, have picked it up at good prices and reviewed the proxy vote and annual report prior to the annual meeting. This is not a good bet if you don't already own the stock, unless you can pick it up at current levels. But this is hanging in the balance as I see it they have virtually no money in the bank ($35,000) They have asked for the right to sell 25,000,000 shares at about .10 cents. This 2.5 million will pump up the personal fortunes of the principles as I see it. Only my opinion but it will move one more time before is crashes and burns. Catch the momentum, and get out.

If you are committed to a block of stock then , I believe there is one final way to get some returns. But this has to be watched carefully.
It will happen quick and be over quicker.
