Had a chance to talk to the esteemed Mr Dror for a few minutes today.
-After announced deals the co will have close to eighty million share outstanding.
-Authorized shares are currently 110 million although that can change very quickly as they don't need share holder approvals.
-Transfer agent is Silver State Registrar in Nevada. Maybe we should all check with our brokers to make sure we receive any forthcoming distributions.
-The increase in float is connected somewhat to Janice's Mr Christensen and his group. I would guess that some of the selling is coming from them. The positive on this is that we can take comfort that they are really out of the company and no longer in control of things.
-The biggest negative is that the company is content to stay a BB stock for a while so they don't have to get shareholder approval to do things. We have to trust that anything done will benefit us shareholders and won't be negative. I think the spin offs wil be BBs also.
-A second negative is only an impression so don't take it to heart. I didn't get the impression that Dror has any idea what it will take to develop real sponsorship in the stock which is something that we all need if the stock is going to get over a buck and stay there.
