SEC should never have allowed this to happen. They were late in stepping in and when they did, they only made matters worse by allowing trade to resume on pink sheets on Tuesday. Even though this is not directly GE's fault, it will unfortunately bear the brunt of angry investors because government agencies will never accept responsibility for screwing up!

Does anyone have the stats for the day?

Regards
Joe (distressed at all the confusion)

P.S. Gary Strauss, if you're out there, remember that the SEC screw up is the real story here!!!
