Yeah with 8 million float hmmm where the SEC filings lets see them guys ... I live 1/2 hour from CHESTER get me a name a address phone number and Ill check this out for you guys .. This is not a shell company its a SCAM . A scam with a 280,000 dollar answering machine and Ill be darn we dont even know where the answering machine is located must be in a storage shed sitting on top of a bucket of broken sea shells that some kid didnt want . If this is true your right this company does have shells .. now we are getting some D&D done here lets see this is what we got 1 an answering machine located somewhere in New Jersey 2 rumored (buy out from PRWT) 3 Rumored ( acqusition of a barstool )I herd they may have to issue new shares for this acqustion so be careful 4. its a shell company (yep sea shells in a bucket with the answering machine laying on top) 5 investors that own 1 million shares but they dont have to follow the laws of wallstreet to file with SEC for these did I miss anything let me know thanks David Keep the D&D coming
