Thanks for the link. The reduced power on the remaining satellites is NOT a technical problem. I work for L-3 Communications and we manufacture lots of satellite components (and particularly satellite power supplies). Reduced power from the solar arrays is a common event, and is usually accounted for by providing a sufficient margin in the design. Notice the statement by the company that the remaining power is "sufficient" to run the sats normally. This is very normal. This doesn't mean that the sats are defective. regards..
