Zap should never see above $20 again. I say should, because the market continues to befuddle me.

Did you see Zapata's CEO on CNBC on Monday? He was excited, sweaty, but above all, he oozed nervousness and deceit. He was trying to sell a bill of goods to the world that he cannot fill, and he knew it. When he said that Zap is going to be the biggest entity in the Internet, there was no conviction in his words, and my first thought was "Short that stock!"

Zap's website says nothing about what they are about. How are they going to make money? What have they got that is so special? A little message dances around and says "Zap will buy your website." Wow. Is that how Zapata is going to grow, by buying every crummy website that deigns to sell to them? How does Zap choose quality sites?

This whole gig is a farce. Anybody who shorts this company will come out a winner. I fear for the longs.

Good luck, folks.
