Yeah right... Tell that to Howard Stern. Sounds like you're just trying to fish someone out of a hole on this thread to me... >> i mean think about it for a sec. think back to any time when you had to go back to a car dealership, or auto parts store, or or office supply store, or the guy who cleans your carpets.... anyone. and you have a problem, and you're not happy, and you wish you didn't have to spend your precious moments rehashing all the details of the problem, and you reach the owner, manager, whatever and you tell him your problem and he says.... "not to worry, mr. smith, we're going to take care of this for you right away". ahhhh. how sweet.
