do not own it yet but I will at some point before they do the secondary offering. Here is why.... The
secondary offering will be done by a major firm on wallstreet. As a matter of fact as big as they get. In order
for the seondary to be done which will be done in either the 4th qtr of this year or 1st qtr of next year the stock
price will have to be up. What that means is a minimum of a share price of 5.00 more like 10.00 for the
company who is rumored to do it. Also interesting note is that avri will be at paulson in a couple of weeks and I
would asume they will be in the stock and accumulating soon but the big move should be in the fall and like atec
it should get there as a matter of fact it has to if they want to acomplish the secondary. Here is another
interesting fact too at the price it is at now it has to increase a minimum of 100% before someone is even in the
option area so with that being said I am sure he is not happy about being out of the money now. The only
reason I have not jumped in is because I knew it was not the time yet. When is the time? I still do not know but
this may be near the bottom now as I have heard the shares that were for sale are mostly gone. As far as the
price drop it was because akeem alajowans brother had a ton to sell along with another couple individuals and
otc stocks can go down fast but the price it has really dropped down is in the low 3's to high 2's not 7. Hope
