The CFO resignation may be scaring off potential new investors. It's one of those red flags that puts everyone on alert, whether it's warranted or not. It is even more important with a microcap company such as this. It would be nice if the press releases could spell out the reason for his resignation (i.e. faxing bare ass Xerox copies to female employees, retiring to Del Boca Vista to run for condo president ...etc). I wish I knew more.

In any event an investment here should be safe because of Disney's involvement with NVIS. Disney now has a vested interest in N-Vision's future.

For military deals, NVIS should try to work out a deal with Concurrent Computer (CCUR), which does real time computer simulations. Much of their real time computer work is done with the military and Lockheed. The combination with CCUR may be a good fit.
