Instead of speaking as though you know exactly the situation with the company, why don't you just call them? You can't PRESUME to know the cash situation, details of any future partnership, etc. It's fruitless for anybody to listen to you - one who has yet to call the company for such details. Correct? Correct. Unless and until you have documented info, it may be best for you to keep your speculation to yourself. Your "guessing" does no one any useful purpose.
