The $2 bid is no big deal. I am concerned, however, with the way the stock is acting. Todays drop, on no news, was rather large. I called the company and left a message for Mike Baer to call me. So far, nothing heard. I publicly dismissed the announcement a week or so ago of two new research partners as a "nonevent." Privately, I hoped management was signalling that something was about to break. I am getting very tired and frustrated with this company. Kumar seems to enjoy the Indian subcontinents' passion for endless haggling. It seems like we've had nothing but promises and dilution for three years. I'd sure like to know why management can't close a deal on a potentially lucrative product like a glaucoma test kit. Bob
